I got a hardcopy of this book from a friend, and I found it to have a lot of good advice for tech industry interviews. It's written more from a developer/software engineer's perspective, but I've held a few different positions in the industry over the years and the information presented matches my experience from those other positions well. I also like the additional chapters written by a psychologist and a woman in the tech industry, since they have additional perspectives and good information to share.
